i
Clinical Advisory & Consultation
A comprehensive clinical engagement that produces a clear, honest picture of what is actually happening. Drawn from direct conversation, thorough record review, and where appropriate collateral contact, the work reads not just the person at the center but the system around them. Independent of any treatment relationship, free of any referral arrangement, the work produces clinical perspective that no clinician inside the system is positioned to provide.
ii
Family Systems Consultation
Families navigating behavioral health and substance use complexity rarely have a skilled independent clinical voice in their corner. The work reads the family as a whole, attending to the dynamics, the disagreements, the disproportionate weight, and the patterns surfacing in different form. It provides the family's own perspective the conventional structure of clinical care does not produce.
iii
Crisis Advisory & Stabilization
When an acute situation does not wait for office hours or intake processes. A relapse. A hospitalization. A sudden decision that has to be made before the day ends. The structural promise is that the same expert who has been advising is reachable directly, by phone, with no on-call rotation. For retained clients, that direct access is the difference between a sound clinical decision in the moment and reacting to whatever the closest provider happens to recommend.
iv
Care Coordination & Provider Liaison
Where the engagement requires coherence and continuity across the providers, programs, and professionals surrounding the individual. The work connects providers, identifies gaps, and ensures that the full clinical picture is shared rather than fragmented. The position is the client's, not any provider's.
v
Treatment Pathway Advisory
After advisory work has produced clarity about what should happen, this is the work of ensuring it continues to fit as the situation evolves. Continued independent clinical authorship of the path the client is walking, with research, evaluation, and ongoing presence across the treatment continuum, free of any referral or program relationship.
vi
Psychoeducation
Structured independent clinical education and advisory counsel. Families and professionals who engage behavioral health systems from a position of genuine clinical knowledge make better decisions, ask better questions, and are far less likely to accept institutionally framed answers without examination. The work provides that knowledge directly.
vii
Organizational Advisory
For firms facing partner, principal, or senior personnel situations, leadership transitions, and the organizational moments that require clinical authority outside HR, outside counsel, and outside the firm's existing professional relationships. The work also informs how the firm addresses behavioral complexity in its client matters where clinical depth is required.
viii
Independent Advisory Review
For the situation, person, relationship, or organizational moment that needs an honest, independent clinical read before a decision is made. Delivered by someone whose career has been built inside behavioral health systems, with no stake in any outcome other than the accuracy of the reading itself.
ix
Facilitated Consultation
Some situations cannot move forward without a grounded neutral presence in the room. The work facilitates the conversation that needs to happen, with the clinical authority to read what is being said and not said, and to advise on what the situation actually requires to move forward.
