Direct, discreet support when a family situation cannot wait.

Families retain me for prompt advisory and in-person support when behavioral health, substance use, family conflict, or escalating risk requires immediate, experienced judgment. I assess what is happening, tell the family what needs to happen first, and stay involved through the period of highest risk.

Prompt consultation with the family and key professional advisors
Travel to the family when being present matters
Support for consequential family meetings and difficult conversations
Immediate decision planning, boundaries, and contingency planning
Independent review of treatment, care, or transition options
Communication with authorized providers, attorneys, fiduciaries, physicians, and other professionals
In-person support during a period of instability or urgent decision-making
Defined follow-through once the immediate situation has stabilized

Travel

I travel to families when being present matters. Response times and availability depend on the circumstances and the engagement arrangement, and are confirmed at the outset. On site, I meet with everyone involved in the decision, and the length of in-person support is set by what the situation requires.

What This Is Not

This is not emergency medical, psychiatric, legal, or security response. It is private counsel and direct support for families who need one experienced, independent person to bring order and a credible plan to a fast-moving situation.
